Seeking a support technician with at least 5 years of experience to provide user assistance, install and configure workstations, and resolve incidents. The role involves managing tickets, enriching the knowledge base, and handling Office 365 and PowerShell automation projects.

Work Environment
- Provide user assistance: software, hardware, systems (Windows) and networks,
- Install and configure Windows workstations,
- Prioritize tickets (100 to 200 tickets/month) in GLPI and resolve level 1, level 2 (mostly), and level 3 incidents autonomously or by assigning them to another team member,
- Manage ticket follow-up in GLPI
- Enrich the incident knowledge base on Sharepoint
- Perform progressive archiving of intranet data following quality procedures and other prerequisites,
- Improve or research data indexing solutions,
- Office 365 Management
- Automation project via Powershell
- Etc.
