Language requirements

• Deployment, installation, and operation of an air-gapped cloud platform (GCA) in multiple data centers.
• Independent execution of GCA deployments based on official operator documentation.
• Administration and further development of Kubernetes and Linux systems.
• Operation, configuration, and error analysis of network components, including switches, firewalls, VLANs, routing, and DNS.
• Administration and maintenance of the server, storage, and data center infrastructure.
• Implementation and management of network technologies such as VXLAN/EVPN, VRFs, OSPF, and BGP.
• GCA Infrastructure Operator Training from Google or equivalent.
• At least one independent GCA deployment according to operator documentation.
• 5 years of experience in Kubernetes administration.
• 5 years of experience in Linux administration: OS management, network, PXE boot, systemd/journalctl, containers/namespaces, Bash, Vim, Tmux, and SSH.
• Knowledge of Bash or Python scripting.
• 5 years of experience with networking basics: switching, VLANs, subnetting, routing, DHCP, DNS, TLS, ip/tcpdump/dig/netstat, and OOB and serial console.
• 3 years of experience with networking advanced: Cisco switch console, VXLAN/EVPN, VRFs, OSPF, LLDP, and BGP.
• 5 years of experience in hardware administration: iLO/OOB, cabling, storage/NetApp, HSM, servers, NTP, switches, and firewalls.
• 3 years of experience with PKI: SSL certificates, root/intermediate CA, CSR, and OpenSSL CLI.
• 3 years of experience with Istio/Service Mesh and Envoy Proxy.
• 3 years of experience each with Ansible, Prometheus, Cilium, and Grafana/Loki.
• 3 years of experience with virtualization in Kubernetes.
• 3 years of experience with Scrum and ITIL.
• German: Fluent
• English: Advanced knowledge
