Responsibilities

• Requirements engineering for electrical steering systems according to ASPICE (Sys.1 / Sys.2)
• Capture, preparation, and management of stakeholder / customer requirements in Polarion
• Administration in Polarion, supplementing templates
• Planning, organization, and coordination of stakeholder requirements and analysis with project teams
• Coordination, leadership, and documentation of customer meetings regarding requirements engineering
• Analysis, specification, coordination of system requirements for electrical steering systems with the project teams according to ASPICE
• Further development, improvement of requirements engineering processes, tools

• Education with a diploma/master's degree in power electronics, mechatronics, systems engineering, or comparable
• Very good experience in system requirements engineering according to ASPICE for mechatronic systems, subsystems
• Sound experience with Polarion
• Ideally, knowledge of System Architect and tools (Enterprise Architect, PTCModeler) and system integration of HW, SW, and mechanical components for electrical power steering systems
• Experience in planning development tasks and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Good knowledge of product development processes (Automotive SPICE & ISO26262)
• Structured way of working, excellent communication skills, results-oriented, analytical skills, and problem-solving competence
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
