Systems and Network Administrator

Project overview

Introduction & Summary: Within the "Office Automation and Infrastructures" department of the Information Systems Directorate, we are looking for a Systems and Network Administrator. This role requires skills in managing and optimizing IT infrastructure, as well as expertise in Microsoft technologies, both on-site and in the cloud.

Your missions: You will ensure the smooth operation of the infrastructure.

• Manage and optimize the IT park: installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, servers, and network equipment.
• Ensure the integrity, performance, and security of systems and network environments.
• Conduct technological and security watch, and anticipate changes.
• Ensure supervision, performance, and high availability of the infrastructure.
• Ensure data backup and restoration.
• Manage system vulnerabilities.
• Participate in infrastructure evolution projects.
• Provide technical support to users.

Requirements

Technical skills:

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in IT and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Passion for Microsoft on-premise technologies (AD, AD Connect) and cloud (Entra ID, Intune, O365).
• Good writing skills (technical procedures and reporting).
• Analytical thinking, autonomy, and rigor.
• Ability to work in a team and propose technical improvements.

• Azure (Entra ID, Intune MDM)
• Web servers: IIS, Apache

• Backups: Veeam / Rubrik
• IP Telephony, Unified Communications
• Network: LAN / WAN / WLAN architectures
• Advanced firewall / proxy administration (ideally Fortinet)
• SQL Server
• Mastery of risks related to infrastructure security and dematerialization
• In-depth knowledge of the overall IS, its architecture, and its applications
