Project overview

For our client, we are looking for a Systems Engineer (m/f/d) Shipbuilding & System Integration to support the project.

Responsibilities

• Technical support and integration of electrical systems in shipbuilding projects
• Coordination of technical interfaces between clients, suppliers, and internal departments
• Technical point of contact for clients and project participants
• Analysis and resolution of project-specific technical issues
• Support of system integration from planning to successful implementation
• Coordination with clients and technical partners on system-relevant requirements
• Ensuring the proper integration of onboard and external systems into the overall ship architecture
• Technical evaluation, tracking, and implementation of system requirements and change requests

• Very good knowledge in electrical engineering as a systems engineer
• Experience as a systems engineer, integration manager, or technical project manager in the maritime environment
• Experience in shipbuilding, shipyards, or the maritime industry
• Experience in the system integration of complex onboard and external systems
• Experience with the German Navy
• Experience in technical project management and system integration
• Experience with MS Office, EPLAN Electric P8, and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of TeamCenter desirable
• Onboarding (approx. 2 months) full-time onsite, thereafter 2 days per week remote possible
