Experienced Systems Engineer needed for shipbuilding project, responsible for technical support and integration of electrical systems, acting as a central point of contact.
Project overview
We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer (m/f/d) to support a shipbuilding project. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical support and integration of electrical systems and will act as a central point of contact between customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
Your tasks include coordinating technical interfaces, analyzing and resolving project-specific technical issues, and managing system integration from planning to implementation. You will technically evaluate system requirements, track change requests, and ensure the proper integration of onboard and external systems into the overall architecture.
For this position, you bring very good knowledge in electrical engineering as a Systems Engineer. Experience as a Systems Engineer, Integration Manager, or Technical Project Manager in the maritime environment is required, as is in-depth knowledge of shipbuilding, shipyards, or the maritime industry. Proven experience in the system integration of complex onboard and external systems is essential.
Experience with the German Navy, technical project execution, and knowledge of MS Office, EPlan Electric P8, AutoCAD, and TeamCenter are advantageous.
Onboarding will take place on-site full-time for approximately two months. After that, there is the possibility to work remotely two days a week.
