• Several years of experience in recruiting Product and Tech profiles, ideally in international and competitive markets.
• Sound understanding of what constitutes strong Product Managers, Engineers, and Data/AI profiles.
• Routine in international active sourcing and filling demanding specialist roles.
• Experience in developing structured interview processes, role profiles, and scorecards.
• Confident advising hiring managers and the ability to critically challenge requirements in line with market realities.
• Very good German and English skills.

• You will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting for ongoing vacancies
• from role briefing to contract decision.
• You will attract international specialists and experts for Product, Engineering, Data & AI, and Sales roles.
• Together with the hiring managers, you will develop precise role profiles, requirement profiles, and meaningful scorecards.
• You will structure the selection process and ensure transparent, efficient, and well-founded decisions.
• You will advise executives closely and constructively
• even when the profile, compensation, or process needs to be adjusted to market reality.
• You will identify suitable candidates through active sourcing and manage communication throughout the entire recruiting process.
• You will contribute market and candidate feedback to continuously improve search strategies and hiring decisions.
