Talent Advisor - Project Language Portuguese - 40% Home Office and 60% Lisbon

Project overview

Introduction

Our client, an international pharmaceutical company, is looking for external support for its location in Lisbon in the area mentioned below.

Please note that fluent Portuguese and secure English skills are MANDATORY. In addition, on-site presence in Lisbon (in addition to remote work) must be possible. A split of 60% on-site to 40% remote would be the client's wish - this may be adjustable and/or it may be possible to have on-site assignments in Lisbon on a weekly basis alternating with weekly assignments via home office.

The utilization is 5 days/week and a start is planned for early December. The assignment will comprise at least 1 year - an extension option for another year is available.

Responsibilities

Providing recruitment expertise and support for defined hiring projects and selected critical vacancies in the technology/IT area

• Advising stakeholders on recruitment strategy and candidate availability in the job market for agreed hiring initiatives
• Advising stakeholders by providing market analyses and recruitment recommendations to support the expansion of the Lisbon site
• Conducting market research and creating talent pool analyses for predefined requirement profiles
• Providing information on candidate assessment and market analyses to support hiring decisions
• Providing consulting services in the area of Talent Advisory for selected strategic hiring initiatives in defined business areas or geographical regions
• Coordinating and agreeing on additional services within defined project frameworks and the corresponding Statements of Work

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on IT and technology profiles; knowledge of the life sciences sector is an advantage, but not mandatory

• Independent and self-responsible way of working with experience in cross-border collaboration
• Experience in developing and implementing sourcing plans and initiatives
• Experience in selecting and using suitable sourcing channels
• Experience in building or expanding company locations
• Experience in stakeholder, RPO, and vendor management
• Ability to ensure the required on-site presence in Lisbon
• Fluent Portuguese and English skills; German skills are an advantage, but not required
• Mixed calculation for the daily rate (including travel expenses)
