Talent Intelligence & Workforce Insights Manager - £350 per day

6-month contract

Inside IR35

Remote with occasional travel to London

The role:

We're looking for a Talent Intelligence & Workforce Insights Manager to join a newly formed Government team, using recruitment and workforce data to drive better decisions and practical change.

This is not a traditional MI role. You'll need to get underneath the data, identify patterns and trends, understand the story behind them and turn your findings into action.

Key responsibilities

Experience required

Useful: Talent Intelligence, People Analytics, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Labour Market Intelligence, LinkedIn Recruiter/Talent Insights, Greenhouse, AI tools, SQL/data modelling.

Clearance: BPSS to start, with SC eligibility required.

  • Analyse recruitment and workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Bring data together from multiple systems to improve visibility of recruitment activity.
  • Analyse time-to-hire, recruitment funnels, failed campaigns and diversity outcomes.
  • Create clear, user-friendly dashboards and data products.
  • Present insights to stakeholders from operational teams through to Director level.
  • Challenge existing approaches and identify practical improvements to recruitment processes.
  • Explore how AI and new technology can improve the use of workforce data.
  • Support the implementation and effective use of Greenhouse.
  • Strong experience turning data into actionable insight, rather than simply producing MI and reports.
  • Able to identify the story behind the numbers and communicate it clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience creating dashboards/data visualisations for non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable challenging existing ways of working and introducing new approaches.
  • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
