We want to expand our course offerings in the field of SAP development (ABAP/S4 HANA). For this, we are looking for an experienced professional to support us in developing and implementing a new curriculum.

As an SAP Trainer (employed or freelance), you will be significantly involved in building our further education offerings in an area with high labor market demand, thereby enabling people to enter an attractive professional future.

Job facts: Direct client project

• Conceptualization and structuring of a practice-oriented curriculum in the field of SAP ABAP programming and S/4 HANA
• Preparation and delivery of learning content, from SAP basics (user navigation) to complex topics such as data modeling, interfaces, customizing, and migration
• Methodological design of modern, interactive, and learner-centered course design in close coordination with the product team
• Didactic delivery of SAP user training for participants with little or no prior experience (optional after the development phase)
• Continuous updating of course materials according to the current standards of the SAP community and the requirements of the labor market
• Ensuring a high degree of practical relevance through the integration of case studies from everyday SAP project work
• Completed degree or training in the field
• Several years of professional experience as an SAP user or developer (ABAP, S/4 HANA)
• Experience in training, knowledge transfer, or curriculum design is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of ABAP Objects, SAP S/4 HANA, and ideally Fiori/UI5
• Enjoyment in conveying complex content in an understandable and practical way
• Didactic skill, patience, and enthusiasm for working with people in further education
• Very good German or English language skills
• No commute thanks to 100% home office
