As team leader, you will manage an ICT team within the Confidential Information department of DICTU.

- Guiding employees in their growth and development
- Contributing to the realization of impactful IT projects
- Applying servant leadership by listening, coaching, and inspiring
- Participating in the further development of the department
- Advising on the consequences of intended choices for the team
- Translating decisions made into concrete steps for the team
- Guiding employees through changes in role or activities
- Monitoring progress and supporting transition situations
- Completed HBO (higher professional education) or higher degree in computer science or business administration
- Proven experience in managing ICT teams as a line manager
- Experience in guiding teams during complex changes with conflicting interests, supported by examples in the CV
