Project overview
We are looking for a Tech Lead Data to drive the technical delivery of data products: development, definition of standards, code review, CI/CD, quality, performance, and governance (including RLS).
You will be responsible for the Snowflake → dbt → semantic model chain, its industrialization, and its run (incidents, post-mortems), while mentoring the team.
Missions
- Lead the technical delivery of the team's data products
- Bring your Snowflake / dbt expertise
- Define standards, ensure code reviews and CI/CD
- Guarantee quality, performance, and governance (RLS)
- Ensure industrialization and run (incidents, post-mortems)
- Contribute to the technical framing of a Data Quality project
- Advise, develop, and mentor the team
