Major international player in home improvement distribution seeks a Tech Lead for Directories & Synchronization to manage, optimize, and secure directories and synchronization flows, implement IAM security standards, and oversee disaster recovery planning.

Context
A major international player in specialized home improvement distribution is strengthening its Identity department (team of 8 people). The position is part of an international context, with challenges related to migration and support for remote entities.
Responsibilities
Administer, optimize, and secure directories (LDAP, multi-forest Active Directory, Entra ID, Google Cloud Identity) and synchronization flows
Implement IAM security standards (ANSSI, CIS, Zero Trust)
Lead business continuity/disaster recovery (DRP) exercises
Provide support and RUN, including on-call rotations
Define and specify the evolution of the Directory product (technical stacks, environment sizing)
Write technical documentation, architecture documentation, and operational procedures
Ensure technological watch within the scope
