Our client is a software company currently undergoing a comprehensive IT transformation. As part of the restructuring of the Microsoft infrastructure, the hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID landscape, in particular, is being modernized from a security perspective.

Profile Sought

• Ongoing identity security project as part of an IT restructuring
• Introduction or implementation of a Microsoft AD Tiering Model
• Restructuring of the Active Directory and Entra ID environment
• Migration or movement of users, computers, groups, and servers into new OU structures
• High operational component, simultaneously coordinating with affected users and departments
• At least 5 years of experience with Active Directory and hybrid Microsoft identity environments
• Sound practical experience with AD Tiering, OU structures, Group Policies, and authorization concepts
• Microsoft Entra ID / Entra Connect
• PowerShell for automating administrative tasks
• Experience with AD hardening and identity security
• Strong communication skills, especially in the context of user migrations and organizational changes
