Period: Start immediately (November 2026) – 31.05.2027 (+ option to extend)

For a leading Swiss telecommunications group (B2C), we are looking for an experienced Tech Lead / Solution Architect.

The project focuses on the development and conception of machine learning models on AWS in the areas of Churn, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Propensity, Personalization, and optimal customer contact windows, deployed via MarTech and CDP platforms (Adobe AEP/AJO and BSI).

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the target architecture and roadmap of a Data & ML platform on AWS during the discovery and design phase
• Conducting architecture and security reviews with the customer's AWS Design Authority
• Moderating workshops and acting as the central technical point of contact
• Planning the technical integration of ML models with MarTech/CDP systems

Requirements

German, AWS Professional or Specialty certification, Swiss data protection (revDSG/FADP), experience in discovery or assessment phases

• AWS: S3, Glue, Redshift, Lake Formation, SageMaker, Step Functions, Lambda
• MarTech/CDP integration, ideally Adobe AEP and AJO
• Telco B2C experience
• Workshop moderation and stakeholder management

Project details

Zurich (at least Tue–Thu on-site / approx. 60% on-site, approx. 40% remote)

Project language: Fluent English (German advantageous)
