Technical Accommodation Advisor and Project Manager (Interim)

Project overview

The assignment involves two phases in the management and development of the municipal accommodation portfolio.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Updating and further developing the Multi-Year Maintenance Plans (MJOPs) in O-prognose, including installation technology components
• Optimizing the O-prognose management environment and supporting its implementation and commissioning
• Coordinating and following up on faults, complaints, and notifications originating from municipal buildings
• Advising on maintenance and management measures to improve property information
• Preparing and guiding sustainability projects within the accommodation portfolio
• Assisting in managing building management systems (BMS)
• Managing maintenance contracts and assisting with contract management
• Supporting regular management and maintenance activities
• Experience with technical accommodation management and social real estate
• Knowledge of MJOPs, planned maintenance, and building-related installations
• Experience with sustainability projects in the real estate sector
• Familiarity with maintenance contracts, contract management, and building management systems
• Experience within a municipal or comparable public organization (preferred)
