Technical Application Manager - Eindhoven - 12-month contract

Project overview

Global Enterprise Partners is looking for a hands-on Functional Application Manager/Technical Application Engineer with a strong focus on application management, operational support, and system reliability.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuity, availability, and performance of business-critical applications used by the client. You will act as the primary point of contact for application-related incidents, system problems, and operational improvements.

The focus is not only on resolving incidents but also on proactively monitoring application health, identifying recurring issues, and implementing structural improvements to increase system stability and reduce operational risks.

You will work closely with Agile teams, analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure that applications remain reliable, manageable, and aligned with the operational needs of the organization.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Application Management, Application Support, Production Support, or a similar role.
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders within both business and IT.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of administrative and financial business processes is a plus.
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English languages.
