Job description
Seeking an experienced HR Access GTA technical consultant to support the testing and deployment of the GTA project. The role involves preparing and executing technical tests, analyzing results, and managing the production cutover.
Project overview
Job Description — Technical GTA Consultant
Context of the mission
The DSIN is looking for an experienced GTA technical consultant (minimum 6 years of experience) to secure the testing and cutover of the GTA project.
The GTA project, launched in early 2025, is moving from detailed design to the testing phase. The HR department is already supported on the business side by a MOA (Management Assistance) function (steering, needs, business testing). A technical liaison is currently missing on the IT side, capable of preparing and equipping the testing phase, launching and understanding processes, and preparing the cutover to production.
The consultant will work on the HR Access [HR4YOU] solution (GTA module), within an integrated HRIS environment with Administrative Management (GA), Payroll, and soon GTA.
Positioning
The consultant will report to the DSIN GTA project manager and will work in tandem with the HR DRH AMOA: the AMOA will handle business needs and testing, while the consultant will be responsible for the technical implementation of testing and cutover.
Missions and activities
The mission covers three successive blocks: preparing for testing, technically conducting testing, and then preparing and executing the cutover.
Profile sought
HRIS techno-functional consultant, minimum 6 years of experience, with a significant portion on the HR Access GTA module in testing and cutover.
