Develop connectors, automate workflows, and optimize the identity management platform for a major client.

As part of the strategic evolution and modernization of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution, we are looking for a Technical IAM Development Consultant. Within the IT department and in direct liaison with the Cybersecurity and Architecture teams, your role will be highly technical, application-focused, and structuring: you will bring your expertise in development and integration to design provisioning connectors, automate authorization flows, evolve identity management workflows, and interconnect the platform with the IS applications.

Your Future Environment

You will work at the heart of the IAM / Access Security unit, in close interaction with business experts, security architects, directory administrators, and application teams. Organized using Agile methodology, you will actively participate in technical scoping workshops, sprint ceremonies, and the industrialization of rights assignment processes. This is the ideal setting to combine your skills in application development, REST API integration, and cybersecurity engineering within a large-scale information system.

Your Key Missions

IAM Development, Connectors & Workflows (BUILD & INTEGRATION Mode):

Consulting, Support & Documentation (CONSULTING & AGILE Mode):

• Ensure the development, configuration, and advanced parameterization of IAM solution components (e.g., SailPoint, NetIQ, IdentityIQ, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or internal tools).
• Design, develop, and maintain connectors for feeding and provisioning to target applications and business repositories.
• Configure and evolve complex workflows for granting, modifying, reviewing, and revoking authorizations (lifecycle management).
• Automate recurring processes and identity data exchanges using efficient scripts (Python, PowerShell, Shell).
• Develop application integration interfaces by consuming and exposing REST / SCIM / SOAP APIs.
• Interconnect the IAM platform with enterprise directories (Active Directory, OpenLDAP, Entra ID / Azure AD) and HR repositories.
• Analyze and resolve technical incidents and malfunctions related to identity flows or directory synchronizations.
• Participate in technical design workshops, requirements scoping, and Agile rituals (Sprint Planning, Daily, Retrospectives).
• Contribute to writing technical specifications, application integration guides, and architecture documentation.
• Support application teams in change management and the adoption of group authorization standards.

• Education: Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science, software engineering, or cybersecurity.
• Experience: You have 3 to 6 years of confirmed experience as an IAM Integration Developer / Consultant, with practical experience in developing identity connectors in a large enterprise environment.
• Imperative IAM & Integration Technical Expertise:
• Mastery of the fundamental principles of Identity and Access Management (IAM / IGA): role modeling (RBAC/ABAC), provisioning/deprovisioning processes, directory object lifecycle management.
• Solid experience in developing connectors and integration interfaces via REST / SCIM / Web Services APIs.
• Proven experience in scripting and automation: Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Java.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise directories (Active Directory, OpenLDAP, Entra ID) and associated data models.
• Experience working in an Agile environment (Jira, Confluence) and proficiency with version control tools (Git).
