Technical Product Manager Fuel Supply

Project overview

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager Fuel Supply for an exciting project at a location in North Rhine-Westphalia. The position is designed with a 90% remote share and starts in November 2026 with a project duration of at least 14 months.

In this role, you will oversee the tender and selection of a Wetstock Management and Dispatch System. You will be responsible for mapping business processes to workflows based on business requirements and data models. You will focus on mapping processes for ordering and dispatching fuel at gas stations, technical troubleshooting and maintenance of fueling technology, and billing of freight and logistics services.

Your tasks include conducting tests and acceptances of processes in Wetstock Management, coordinating a pilot, and rolling out the solution at several locations. You will define interfaces between the Wetstock Management System and the billing system and ensure that all processes are optimally mapped.

You bring experience in a product management role, have sound knowledge of supply chain or logistics processes, and have already worked with complex IT systems and their implementation. Strong communication skills, process understanding, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Ideally, you have experience with tender processes and system introductions.
