Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Leadership and control of the sub-project for the introduction of new EC top-up devices in the company restaurants
• Coordination of interfaces between payment terminals and SAP accounting, merchandise management, and data lake/reporting
• Control of the integration of payment systems with CC and EC applications
• Planning and control of deadlines, resources, and budgets, as well as risk management
• Coordination with stakeholders for capturing business requirements and ensuring implementation according to needs
• Coordination of internal teams and external service providers across all project phases
• Coordination with adjacent teams for process integration
• Ensuring the quality of results and compliance with company standards and guidelines
• Promoting user acceptance through communication, training, and appropriate support measures
