Project overview

Context

Within a large French financial group, the Innovation & AI department is managing the deployment of a conversational AI application for all group employees - target audience: several tens of thousands of users.

The mission is part of an entity dedicated to the design of pilot projects and innovative AI products, directly linked to the group's digital transformation strategy.

Main Missions

Support users in getting started with and daily use of the application

Handle incidents, anomalies, and support requests within defined SLA deadlines

Gather and report business needs to improve the tool (response quality, ergonomics, functionalities)

Contribute to the dissemination of AI best practices: prompting, model limitations, data security

Develop and maintain automated test scripts

Produce regular activity reports (volume, recurring incidents, areas for improvement)

Participate in the documentation and continuous improvement of the service

Profile

Technical Skills:

Understanding of how a conversational AI works (LLM, ChatGPT type)

Awareness of prompt engineering best practices

Proficiency with automated testing tools

Understanding of web environments: browser, SSO, access rights, caches, latency

Rigour in reproducing, documenting, and tracking anomalies

Human Skills:

Excellent oral and written communication — fluent French and English required

Strong sense of customer service and user relations

Ability to adapt communication to various stakeholders: non-technical, business, IT, management
