Seeking an expert Camunda BPM v7 consultant to perform a technical review and optimization of an existing back office solution before its production launch.
Project overview
Mission Context
As part of a production launch planned for May 2026, we wish to be supported by an expert Camunda BPM v7 consultant to carry out a complete technical review of the back office we have developed.
This mission aims to take a step back from the existing system, evaluate the quality of the implemented architecture, and help us secure and optimize the solution before its production launch.

The main objective is to analyze the existing system in order to:

- validate current architectural choices,
- identify areas of concern and improvement,
- formulate concrete, pragmatic, and actionable recommendations for the short and medium term.
- Back office based on Camunda BPM v7
- Detailed review of the overall back office architecture
- Short-term optimization recommendations (before production launch)
- Medium-term evolution recommendations (maintainability, performance, robustness, best practices)
- Confirmed expertise in Camunda BPM v7
- Solid experience in architecture review and technical audit
- Ability to formulate clear, pragmatic, and prioritized recommendations
- Good product sense and "production launch" orientation
- Optional: knowledge of Camunda v8 and other BPM solutions
