• Gather, analyze, and structure customer requirements
• Develop technical concepts, solution designs, and specifications
• Translate business and operational requirements into engineering work packages
• Coordinate technical activities across customers, project teams, development, and system engineering
• Present and defend technical solutions to customers and senior stakeholders
• Evaluate solution approaches with a focus on security, safety, and technical feasibility
• Ensure alignment and documentation across all involved teams

Profile:

Technical Environment

• Duration: long term contract for 1,5 year
• Type of employment: Full-time, Freelance
• Location: Vienna (high onsite presence during the first 6 months -85% on site, rest remotely) afterwards more remote possible
• Business trips: max. 1-2 trips per year to Salzburg, possibly Karlsruhe
• Project languages: English (Fluent) German (Fluent)
• Technical training with a focus on IT or telecommunications
• Several years of experience in customer-facing technical projects
• Experience working between customers, engineering, and development teams
• Strong ability to convert complex requirements into practical solution architectures
• Broad understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and networking
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Confident presentation skills and professional customer interaction
