Project overview

For our client, we are looking for a technical subproject manager SAP Rise HCM (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

• Technical subproject management in the SAP RISE / S/4HANA environment with a focus on HCM
• Management of technical topics within the migration and S/4HANA conversion
• Coordination of system setups and technical dependencies
• Management and coordination of relevant stakeholders
• Execution and evaluation of readiness checks
• Support of the migration from SAP R/3 On-Premise to S/4HANA Public Cloud
• Management of technical implementation within RISE projects
• Support of cutover and migration activities
• Technical coordination with SAP and other project participants
• Creation and management of functional specifications and technical requirements

• Senior/expert level
• Experience in S/4HANA conversions, ideally within a RISE migration
• Sound experience in the SAP HCM environment
• Experience in technical subproject management of SAP migration or transformation projects
• Experience in readiness checks, system setup, and migration
• Architectural and strategic decision-making ability
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Very good German and English skills
• Your current project availability (earliest start)
• Your maximum utilization/week in total
• Your hourly rate
• Your current profile (ideally in pdf format)
• Your assessment of the required qualifications
