Our client is looking for a Technical Support Specialist for Workstations – Trading Floor (M/F) as part of a freelance mission.
The mission consists of providing technical support for the trading floor users' work environments, within a CIB (Corporate & Investment Banking) environment.
More than 9 years of experience in IT technical support (telephony, cloud, security, applications...)
Experience in a trading floor environment
Microsoft Cloud Environment.
- Provide technical support for workstations on the trading floor.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and technical incidents.
- Handle issues related to telephony and IT equipment.
- Intervene on Microsoft Cloud environments.
- Ensure the follow-up of incidents and their resolution with users.
