• Independent development of target-group-specific technical customer documentation for software and hardware products
• Creation of documentation according to applicable standards in German and English using editorial systems, including XML-based systems
• Independent research based on technical documents, product simulations, and interviews with internal contacts
• Responsibility for the entire documentation process from information research and concept development to publication and handover for translation
• Development of information architectures and implementation of defined documentation concepts
• Participation in the further development of existing documentation products and the creation of new solution approaches
• Close cooperation with editorial teams and cross-functional teams from development, design, and other internal stakeholders
• Completed degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a comparable degree program
• Professional experience in technical communication and sound knowledge of documentation methods such as topic-based writing, single source, and cross-media publishing in content management systems
• Experience in complex project environments, in the documentation of software products, and in handling version control and change management tools
• Quick comprehension, strong technical interest, and the ability to independently familiarize yourself with complex technical topics
• Experience with editorial standards such as S1000D is an advantage
• Very good analytical and abstract thinking skills
• Very good German and English skills and confident command of technical terminology
