Technical Project Management MSR and Building Automation

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced professional for the technical project management of maintenance, modernization, and renewal measures in the field of measurement, control, and regulation technology (MSR) as well as building and room automation.

Your tasks include the development and coordination of technical measures with internal partners, the compilation of information and key figures as a basis for decisions, and the creation of tenders. You will be responsible for the main or partial project management of technical measures and will create schedule and payment plans. Project controlling, budget planning and monitoring are also part of your responsibilities, as is proper project documentation and structured reporting.

Furthermore, you will control and monitor the technical implementation with regard to deadlines, quality, and function. You will support technical commissioning and coordinate cross-trade coordination as well as the preparation of internal and official acceptances.

We expect several years of experience in planning and managing MSR projects as well as in-depth knowledge of MSR technology for building services equipment (TGA) systems. Practical experience in TGA/HVAC systems is required. Knowledge of LON and KNX as well as solid project management skills complete your profile. German at C2 level is necessary.
