Technical Project Manager

for a fixed term of 2 years

What awaits you:

In addition to technical development, the focus of your task is the holistic implementation of innovative location solutions. You combine pronounced project management skills with technical expertise and, with your strong communication and engaging personality, purposefully bring together different specialist areas, external partners, and internal stakeholders. You will accompany renovation projects from the idea through planning and implementation to successful handover to active operation.

In doing so, you will develop new standards and optimize existing processes together with the involved teams and ensure that innovative concepts become practical solutions.

Responsibilities

This is how you convince us:

• Management of renovation, modernization, and rollout projects at our locations, from minor adjustments to comprehensive shop renovations
• Planning, coordination, and tracking of construction measures at our locations as an interface to internal departments and external service providers
• Creation, coordination, and management of investment budgets for the projects supervised, as well as regular monitoring and analysis of deviations (in coordination with your manager)
• Development and establishment of new standards, processes, and methods for efficient renovation and rollout projects
• In your role, you will report to the Head of Technology.
• Your workplace is at our headquarters; the travel portion in this position is low.
• Completed degree, for example in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or Technical Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in (multi-)project management; an additional qualification, e.g., IPMA Level C or PMP, is an advantage
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• Solution-oriented action in a dynamic change environment
• Curiosity, enjoyment of varied projects, and strong team and communication skills
• Confident use of Microsoft 365 (especially Excel) and AI tools
