Seeking a technical subproject manager with expertise in SAP Rise HCM for a migration project from SAP R/3 On-Premise to S/4HANA Public Cloud. The role involves technical leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management.
Project overview
For our client, we are looking for a technical subproject manager SAP Rise HCM (m/f/d).
Responsibilities
- Technical subproject management in the SAP RISE / S/4HANA environment with a focus on HCM
- Management of technical topics within the migration and S/4HANA conversion
- Coordination of system setups and technical dependencies
- Management and coordination of relevant stakeholders
- Execution and evaluation of readiness checks
- Support of the migration from SAP R/3 On-Premise to S/4HANA Public Cloud
- Management of technical implementation within RISE projects
- Support of cutover and migration activities
- Technical coordination with SAP and other project participants
- Creation and management of functional specifications and technical requirements

- Senior/expert level
- Experience in S/4HANA conversions, ideally within a RISE migration
- Sound experience in the SAP HCM environment
- Experience in technical subproject management of SAP migration or transformation projects
- Experience in readiness checks, system setup, and migration
- Architectural and strategic decision-making ability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Very good German and English skills
- Your current project availability (earliest start)
- Your maximum utilization/week in total
- Your hourly rate
- Your current profile (ideally in pdf format)
- Your assessment of the required qualifications
