Seeking a Test Automation Engineer to plan, execute, and document software tests, manage tickets, and set up test environments. The role requires experience with test management tools and basic XML/XSD knowledge.

Responsibilities
Must-have requirements
- Planning, execution, and documentation of software tests
- Working with the test management tool Zephyr (Jira)
- Creation and tracking of tickets and error messages
- Independent setup of local test environments based on existing instructions
- Creation and validation of XML files based on XSD schemas
- Documentation and evaluation of test results
- Close collaboration with development teams on error analysis and quality assurance
- Experience in software testing and/or quality assurance
- Confident use of test management tools and ticket systems (ideally Jira/Zephyr)
- Basic knowledge of XML and XSD
- Experience in setting up test environments according to specifications
- Structured and traceable documentation of test results
- Analytical mindset and systematic approach
Nice to have
Technologies & Tools: Jira, Zephyr, XML, XSD, Git, Maven, local development environments.
Framework data:
- Initial knowledge in programming or scripting
- Basic experience with Git and Maven
- Experience in agile software development environments
