• Within our client's Test Factory, structuring and developing automated testing for UI, API, and mobile functional tests.
• Direct reporting to the Test Domain Manager, covering a multi-project scope.
• Close collaboration with pole managers, functional Test Leads, business and technical teams, and external partners.
• Objectives: increase regression test coverage, accelerate qualification cycles, reduce costs and deadlines, make tests reliable, and measure gains achieved.
• Integration of technological innovations, particularly generative AI and agent platforms.
• Role of operational management and technical expertise for a team of automation engineers, without direct hierarchical management responsibility.
• UI Automation: UFT, Playwright, Selenium

• Define and deploy the automation strategy and roadmap for the Domain.
• Identify, qualify, and prioritize applications and scenarios eligible for automation, particularly regression tests.
• Evaluate technical and economic feasibility, define objectives, and measure expected gains.
• Manage automation projects: planning, prioritization, workload tracking, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate work with stakeholders and provide regular reporting to the Domain Manager.
• Build and maintain management dashboards (progress, automated coverage, script reliability, productivity gains).
• Prepare and lead presentations to sponsors: achievements, POC results, gains, points of attention, and action plans.
• Design automation architectures and frameworks adapted to application contexts.
• Carry out POCs and develop UI, API, and mobile automation scripts.
• Identify and recommend suitable tools and technologies.
• Challenge technical choices and support automation engineers in their development.
• Ensure the quality, robustness, and maintainability of solutions.
• Define standards and best practices, promote script reuse and industrialization.
• Support the integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct demonstrations for various stakeholders.
• Maintain active monitoring of automation market developments.
• Identify, experiment with, and deploy relevant use cases of AI in the automated testing lifecycle.
• Measure the gains brought by these innovations and support their adoption by the teams.
• Actively participate in the QA / Automation Chapter and contribute to the harmonization of practices.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software qualification and test management.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in automation, with concrete achievements in UI and API automation.
• Experience with mobile automation.
• Mastery of several market technologies and frameworks, associated languages, and industrialization principles.
• Significant experience in framework design, automation project management, and technical support for automation teams.
• Mastery of Agile organizations (Scrum / SAFe) and V-cycle projects.
• Immediately operational and technically credible profile, capable of designing, developing, and challenging.
• Fully autonomous, capable of taking a subject from start to finish.
• Natural leadership: ability to convince, challenge, and engage teams.
