Organize and manage user acceptance testing (UAT) for a large-scale new business application implementation. This includes setting up test strategies, coordinating test execution, and reporting on progress and acceptance.
Project overview
The assignment concerns the organization and guidance of acceptance tests within a large-scale implementation of a new business application.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Setting up and maintaining a test strategy, test plan, and acceptance approach
- Structuring and executing a structured UAT process
- Guiding workshops to test requirements, processes, and test scenarios
- Monitoring quality, progress, and timely completion of test activities
- Ensuring test preparation, such as test environments, test data, and user manuals
- Coordinating defect handling and following up on findings with stakeholders
- Preparing clear reports on progress, risks, and acceptance criteria
- Advising on release and acceptance decisions based on test results
- Experience with test management, implementation projects, or business change projects
- Demonstrable involvement in ERP, data, or application implementations
- Experience with coordinating acceptance tests and validations from the business
- Knowledge of data migrations and validating datasets
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and multidisciplinary project environments
- Experience with stakeholder management at various levels
- Excellent command of the Dutch language
