Test Manager RVB

Project overview

As a test manager, you will lead test trajectories within various ICT projects of the RVB.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Performing product risk analyses and translating them into test strategy and test plan
• Drawing up the master test plan
• Performing part of the tests yourself to prepare test cases and determine rework
• Advising on the automation of test cases
• Drawing up a detailed test plan with test scenarios and test cases together with functional and application administrators
• Guiding data conversions and analyzing conversion results
• Coordinating with the business about their role in testing
• Coordinating the operational progress during test types
• Managing documentation and organizing necessary test capacity
• Coordinating and standardizing the working method of the tester functional group
• Preparing and chairing test, kick-off, evaluation, and findings meetings
• Supporting testers in logging findings in Jira and managing findings
• Informing the project manager about the progress of the test trajectory
• Working and thinking level at a minimum HBO level
• Minimum 5 years of experience with test management, including planning, preparing, and coordinating test trajectories across a broad application landscape
• Knowledge of and experience with test execution, such as drawing up and coordinating test scenarios and test scripts
• Experience with managing a test team
