Job description

As a test analyst, you will be central to the implementation of a new Enterprise Output Management System, focusing on migrating existing letter flows to the new system. You will act as a quality advisor and test analyst, collaborating with development teams and business stakeholders.

Project overview

Assignment Description

In the context of Communication, a renewal process is currently underway. The Multichannel Communication 2.0 (MKM2.0) project aims to replace the core of the current process handling and document formatting modules. The existing landscape must continue to support production for the time being.

As a test analyst, you will be central to the implementation of a new Enterprise Output Management System, where you will be involved in the migration of existing letter flows from the Collection and Payment (IenB) department to/over the new facility. This will be in close collaboration with your development team and the business. You will fulfill the role of quality advisor/test analyst to help the organization best transfer the documents to our new platform.

Responsibilities

Assessing document specifications in collaboration with various internal clients and departments;

Developing/elaborating test cases based on document specifications;

Executing document tests in consultation with the business, but also external parties such as KI&S (text editing) and communication;

Aligning test results with various stakeholders;

Shaping the document tests in close consultation with other test colleagues.

Executing chain tests in consultation with the business

Coordinating chain tests in alignment with business and IV chains

Background of the assignment

The Receiving and Communication (O&M) department encompasses all applications that process and/or route incoming and outgoing information flows (paper and digital) of the Tax Administration. Simply put, O&M is the digital mailroom for business processes consisting of Declarations, Assessments, Collections, Data, Customs, and Subsidies. For the numerous information flows, there is information exchange between various O&M applications, but also with external parties.

With the realization of MKM2 (Multi Channel Communication), the existing outgoing message landscape will be replaced by a new facility that offers a fast, flexible, and reliable Output Management solution. MKM2 provides an important condition for the Tax Administration to fulfill the further digitization of interaction with citizens, businesses, and intermediaries.

Additional Information

When you, as a supplier, offer a professional to us and they are placed, we will need information from you as a contracting party, including regarding the Chain Liability Act. The purpose of the 'WKA' is to prevent abuse in the remittance of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to client. We cover these risks for our clients by means of a blocked account, the G-account. This is an account to which a portion of the invoice amount is deposited and from which you can pay payroll taxes and VAT to the Tax Administration.

The percentage to be deposited depends on whether you have a SNA certification (NEN-4400-1 or NEN-4400-2) and whether your company is located in the Netherlands or abroad. You can apply for the G-account from the Tax Administration. If you cannot obtain a G-account (and you can provide proof of this from the Tax Administration), you also have the option to provide an accountant's statement (assurance report regarding personnel lending) every quarter. In this, a certified accountant (AA or RA) will issue a statement about the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the remittances.

Please note that the costs for this statement are at your own expense.
