We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer for the quality assurance of embedded systems in the medical technology sector. The location is Mannheim, Baden-Württemberg, with on-site presence.
Responsibilities
You will plan, execute, and document software tests for embedded systems in medical devices and applications. You will analyze and evaluate test results and error messages and work closely with software developers and project management. Furthermore, you will create test plans and test specifications, continuously optimize test processes and methods, and support hardware-related device testing.
Requirements
You have successfully completed a technical degree or a comparable education with relevant professional experience. Sound professional experience in software testing in an embedded environment is required. You have very good knowledge of manual and automated testing as well as in electrical and information technology. A high affinity for IT is necessary. An ISTQB certification is advantageous. You communicate fluently in German and English.
