Project overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced TGA Construction Manager for a demanding construction project in Cologne. You will be part of a dynamic team and responsible for site supervision on behalf of the general contractor. The project has a volume of 12 million Euros and offers you the opportunity to demonstrate your expertise in a challenging environment.

Your tasks include the supervision and coordination of technical building equipment (TGA) in the areas of HVAC and electrical engineering, collaboration with the general contractor and other project participants, and ensuring compliance with schedules and budgets. Furthermore, you will be responsible for documentation and reporting of project progress.

We expect a proven passion for construction management and technical building equipment. Ideally, you already have experience in similar projects and are ready to take responsibility. Your ability to coordinate and communicate with various project participants is essential.
