Toulouse - Expert Workstation Support L2/L3 – Windows 11, Ansible/Terraform

Project overview

As an Expert Workstation Support L2/L3, you will bring your technical expertise to the proximity support teams and maintenance staff working on sites, headquarters, and the network of agencies. You will assist them with operations requiring on-site presence: user assistance, support, installation, and preparation of workstations.

You will ensure the smooth running of operations and the quality of service provided. As such, you will oversee the operational teams, identify difficulties, and propose improvements. You will also contribute to monitoring deployment projects and associated migrations. The position is based in Toulouse with a hybrid work arrangement, requiring presence on-site two to three days per week. An immediate start is desired.

Profile

3 to 6 years of experience in L2/L3 workstation support.

Proficiency in the Windows 11 workstation environment.

Experience with Ansible and/or Terraform.

Experience in supervising or coordinating support teams is an asset.
