Job description
IT Project Manager needed for a banking institution to industrialize digital resilience assessment tooling, potentially integrating AI. The role involves analyzing existing tools, comparing AI modules, and defining a deployment roadmap.
Project overview
IT Project Manager – Digital Resilience & AI Tooling (M/F) – Toulouse or Bordeaux (Gradignan)
We are looking for a project manager for a banking institution to lead the industrialization of tooling for a digital resilience assessment framework. This framework, complementary to DORA, measures the critical digital dependencies of each critical application: each asset is identified and then evaluated on 32 questions spread across 8 themes (IT, purchasing, legal, cyber...). The goal is to reduce the burden on contributors by automating scoring and information retrieval from repositories.
Your missions
You will analyze the reporting tool already used within the group: does it meet the need, and can it be installed on the bank's IS? You will draw up deployment instructions from this analysis. You will also conduct a comparative study on the contribution of an AI module (Mistral or Copilot) to identify the assets of each application and build all or part of their scoring. Finally, you will define the 2027 deployment roadmap.
Throughout the mission, you will manage the industrialization of the process before its deployment. This includes transverse coordination, needs and process analysis, reporting, action plan monitoring, and risk analysis.
Profile sought
3 to 7 years of experience in IT project management (leadership, coordination)
Knowledge of IRN (Digital Resilience Index)
AI applied to IT projects
Analysis of needs, mapping and improvement of processes
Proficiency in project methodologies (V-cycle, agile, hybrid)
Very good writing and synthesis skills, comfortable with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Rigor, autonomy, service-oriented mindset
Modalities
Start date November 16, 2026. Initial commitment of 40 days, with an optional tranche that can bring the mission to a total of 630 days. On-site in Toulouse, with 2 days of remote work per week possible if the department agrees.
