Seeking multiple Training Developers and Trainers for a Data Governance and Data Management program within a federal IT and security agency. The role involves developing, updating, and delivering training, as well as creating and maintaining training systems and digital learning materials, primarily in a SAP environment.
Project overview
Several training developers and trainers (m/f/d) are sought for a training and further education program on Data Governance and Data Management topics for a federal IT and security agency. The focus is on the development, updating, and delivery of training and qualification measures for Data Governance topics and roles, as well as the creation and maintenance of training systems, demo data, and digital learning media in the SAP environment.
Project Goal
The goal is to qualify and empower IT specialists in the field of Data Governance and Data Management through modern training measures, digital learning formats, and practical training systems. The training covers both fundamentals of data management and specialized role profiles.

- Development and further development of training materials on Data Governance and Data Management topics
- Creation of training documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Development of digital learning content such as e-learnings, learning nuggets, and web-based training (WBT)
- Setup and maintenance of demo and exercise data in training systems, especially in the SAP DQM and SAP Information Steward environment
- Creation of professional and technical documentation as well as training materials for data management roles in the IT environment
- Delivery of in-person training (primarily in the area of postal code 53), virtual training sessions, and workshops
- Quality assurance through preparation and follow-up of courses, maintenance of training materials and data, and testing of training systems
