Transformation Manager Infra & Cyber

Project overview

As a transformation manager, you will lead a multi-year program to renew the IT foundation and strengthen cyber resilience.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Lead the program 'Secure and reliable IT foundation' and connect the Cybersecurity NIS2 and Infrastructure 2030 tracks
• Establish program control, steering committee, program office, and reporting cycle, including decision log and risk management
• Prepare and update the program plan, roadmap, benefits structure, and business case for the period 2027-2030
• Build and lead a team of project managers, PMO, project control, and architectural support
• Monitor coherence and priorities between infrastructure, cybersecurity, and other strategic change programs
• Guide change and adoption within MIT teams and healthcare professionals
• Organize assurance, ownership, and knowledge transfer to the line organization
• Report to the client and the Steering Committee on progress, value, risks, and decisions
• Academic working and thinking level
• Ten years or more of experience in program or transformation management within IT
• Demonstrable experience in leading multiple multi-year programs with diverse tracks and investments of several million euros
• Experience with infrastructure renewals, such as workplace modernization, Microsoft 365, transitions to data center and cloud, and network renewal
• Experience in setting up a program team and program office from scratch
• Experience with complex organizational changes, with demonstrable results in adoption and assurance
• Subject matter expertise in cybersecurity, NIS2, NEN 7510, risk management, and business continuity
• Sufficient technical insight to critically assess architectural designs, migration plans, supplier proposals, and security plans
