• Lead Infrastructure Services Transformation programs and define strategic roadmaps.
• Drive modernization of Service Desk, Digital Workplace, Network, and Data Center operations.
• Implement AI-driven and Automation-led improvements.
• Improve employee experience using Qualtrics/XMO and Nexthink.
• Enhance Service Management processes, governance, KPIs, and operational excellence.
• Advise senior stakeholders and lead large-scale transformation initiatives.
• 10+ years of IT Infrastructure Services Transformation experience.
• Strong background in MSP / Provider Transition Programs.
• Hands-on experience with SMAX, Qualtrics/XMO, and Nexthink.
• Expertise in Service Desk, Digital Workplace, Network Services, and Data Center Services.
• Strong knowledge of AI Adoption, Automation, and DevOps.
• Excellent Stakeholder Management, Consulting, and Executive Communication skills.
• Experience within Banking or Financial Services environments.
• Fluent English.

Capacity: Full-time

first contract until 31.05.2027 (extension expected afterwards)

Remote and on-site Share: Frankfurt, Germany (Hybrid - primarily remote with up to 2 days/week on-site)

Preference: Candidates located in Germany or able to travel regularly to Frankfurt
