Transformation Manager – Business Unit Optimization

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Transformation Manager to independently manage and actively support a comprehensive transformation project within a business unit. You will work in close collaboration with management and contribute significantly to the optimization of structures, processes, and cost efficiency.

Your tasks include analyzing existing structures and processes to identify optimization and savings potentials. You will develop concrete action packages for cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and conceptualize and conduct workshops with relevant stakeholders. Together with management, you will coordinate and prioritize measures. You will support the implementation of defined measures, ensure structured execution, and systematically track progress. An important aspect is the active involvement and motivation of employees in the transformation process.

We expect at least 5 years of relevant professional experience as well as proven experience in carrying out and supporting transformation projects. You should have developed and implemented cost optimization and efficiency improvement measures. Strong analytical and conceptual skills, a structured and solution-oriented approach are required. High independence, a hands-on mentality, as well as experience in conducting workshops and stakeholder management complete your profile.

The project runs for 7 months and starts in November 2026.
