Project overview

Transition management mission to lead operational excellence in the Supply Chain:

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Develop the strategy related to processes, tools, and OTC, as well as corresponding roadmaps
• Develop and deploy operational standards
• Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and digitalization
• Ensure the management of the Order-to-Cash process and oversee its continuous improvement
• Set management rules, responsibilities, and related standards
• Lead end-to-end performance improvement plans
• Manage the functional management of business tools (ERP, CRM, EDI, reporting, analytics)
• Collect business needs and prioritize developments
• Ensure the adoption and proper use of tools
• Implement performance indicators, dashboards, and analyses
• Ensure data reliability and conduct root cause analyses
• Coordinate initiatives related to Lean, process excellence, and automation
• Support organizational, process, and tool transformations
• Work in conjunction with business teams, digital teams, and external partners
• Supervise and develop a team specialized in methods, data, reporting, and tools
• Good knowledge of Supply Chain, Customer Service, and OTC related processes
• Proven competence in process management, business tool management, and data analysis
• Confirmed experience with SAP and Power BI
• Good ability to leverage data to identify improvement levers
• Fluent English level, both spoken and written, essential in an international context
