Interstate Waste Services (IWS) is hiring an experienced Diesel Truck Mechanic A to join our maintenance team in Valley Cottage, NY.

Salary Range Minimum: USD $35.00/Hr. Salary Range Maximum: USD $52.00/Hr.
- 5+ years of heavy-duty diesel mechanic experience
- Diesel mechanic experience required
- Strong hydraulic troubleshooting and repair experience
- Engine, transmission, and chassis repair expertise
- Experience with Cummins, Mack, Allison, Peterbilt, Paccar, and diagnostic software tools
- Experience maintaining air brake, suspension, steering, and drivetrain systems
- Ability to diagnose and repair DPF/emissions systems
- Must provide own tools
- Valid Driver's License Required
- Diesel Truck Mechanic
- Refuse Truck Technician
- Heavy Equipment Mechanic
- Fleet Maintenance Technician
- Waste & Recycling Industry Experience
- ASE Certifications (Preferred)
