Seeking a freelance UI/UX Designer with at least 4 years of experience in complex B2B web applications. The role involves creating wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs in Figma, building a design system, and focusing on data-intensive interfaces.
Responsibilities
+ Creation of wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed UI designs in Figma.
+ Building and maintaining a design system, aligned with PrimeNG components and design tokens.
+ Designing data-intensive user interfaces for clearing and settlement processes, especially tables and dashboards.
+ Coordination with business departments to gather functional requirements and UX expectations.
+ Analysis of the existing application to incorporate existing user experiences and workflows into the design of the new clearing application.
+ Design of authentication and login processes.
+ Exchange with:
+ Participation in Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Refinements.
+ Implementation of accessibility according to WCAG and good usability across all application areas.
+ Conducting user interviews and usability tests with market participants.
+ Support of usability validation using Playwright.

Requirements
+ At least 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design of complex B2B or enterprise web applications.
+ Very good Figma skills: Creation of wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and design systems.
+ Experience with Component Libraries, ideally PrimeNG or comparable, e.g., Angular Material.
+ Solid understanding of Angular/TypeScript component architecture.
+ Knowledge of SCSS theming and CSS Custom Properties (Design Tokens).
+ Experience in designing data-intensive user interfaces, especially:
+ Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
+ Experience in agile collaboration with development teams.
+ Fluent English; German is a plus.
