Project overview

For our client from the public sector, we are looking for a UI/UX Designer (m/f/d) with the following profile as soon as possible:

Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience - Foundation Level (CPUX-F)

Higher education degree or comparable training

Portfolio

UI/UX Design and Prototyping, as well as experience with corresponding tools (min. 5 years)

End-to-End Product Development (min. 5 years)

Conceptual UX Methods & Information Architecture (min. 3 years & CPUX-F certificate)

Knowledge in designing an accessible frontend (min. 3 years)

UX Research & Requirements Analysis (min. 3 years)

User Support & User Research (Qualitative & Quantitative) (min. 3 years)

Mobile-First & Cross-Platform UX/UI Design (min. 3 years)

Experience with agile working methods (min. 3 years)

Frontend Development (Core UI Stack) (min. 1 year)

TypeScript & Frontend Frameworks (min. 1 year)

Experience in projects with a focus on the delivery of data visualization products (min. 1 year)

Derive test scenarios and test cases (min. 1 year)

Parameters:

• Certified Professional for User Experience of the UXQB or similar
• Completed studies in the field of UX Design, Interaction Design, Communication Design, Media Informatics, Human-Computer Interaction, or comparable qualification
• Submission of a meaningful portfolio with relevant UX/UI projects, preferably from the B2B or enterprise environment
• Figma
• Adobe Creative Cloud
• Interactive High-Fidelity Prototyping
• Support of the entire product development process from requirements analysis to continuous further development
• Creation of User Journeys, User Flows, and Task Flows
• Wireframing
• Card Sorting and definition of navigation structures
• Accessibility & Inclusion
• WCAG regarding colors, contrasts, font sizes, etc.
• Translation of business requirements into user needs
• Interface work with Product Owners and stakeholders
• Preparation, execution, and evaluation of usability tests
• User interviews, shadowing, and contextual inquiry
• Data-Driven UX
• Responsive & Adaptive Design patterns for desktop and web
• Guidelines for native apps (Apple Human Interface / Material Design or similar)
• Scrum or Kanban
• Definition of Ready / Done
• Acceptance criteria
• Semantic HTML5 & Accessibility
