Responsibilities

• Creation and processing of development plans and land-use plans
• Development and graphic implementation of urban planning concepts
• Review and evaluation of planning projects with regard to applicable planning and building law
• Coordination of development and land-use plans with internal and external project participants
• Consideration of requirements from landscape planning, environmental planning, and other specialist planning
• Examination of planning law admissibility and development of legally sound planning solutions
• Support of approval and coordination processes as well as technical documentation of the planning

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in urban planning, land-use planning, as a specialist planner, civil engineer, or in a comparable role
• Sound experience in the creation and processing of development plans and land-use plans
• Good knowledge of building planning law, especially BauGB and BauNVO
• Experience in landscape planning and the interface with urban planning
• Confident handling of requirements for technically and legally sound planning
• German language skills at C1 level
• Structured and independent way of working as well as experience in coordinating with various project participants
