We are hiring for User Researcher
Project details
Worthing/Telford - Hybrid/2 days Per week in office
Key Skills: Large-scale transformation/Government Digital Service (GDS)/User journey mapping/Quantitative research
- Proven experience as a User Researcher within complex digital services, large-scale transformation programmes or similar environments.
- Demonstrable experience planning and delivering end-to-end user research within multidisciplinary Agile teams.
- Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Hands-on experience conducting user interviews, contextual research, usability testing and concept validation.
- Experience identifying user needs, developing research plans and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in user journey mapping, persona development and workshop facilitation.
- Start: flexible
- Duration: 4 months
- Remote: hybrid
