Provide technical support for users, manage incidents and requests, and contribute to IT improvement projects.
Project overview
Profile Sought
- Advanced administration of Windows 10/11, Azure AD / Entra ID, Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive) and management via Intune / Autopilot.
- Solid knowledge of Active Directory (L1/L2), L1 networks (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and practice with an ITSM tool (ideally Jira).
- Practice with Confluence, basics in PowerShell and knowledge of the Power Platform.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices and asset management.
- Holding Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MD-102) or ITIL v4 is a valued asset.
Responsibilities
- Handling and resolution of incidents/requests via Jira (Workstation, M365, L1 Network, Active Directory, Printing) in compliance with SLAs.
- Full management of Onboarding, Offboarding, and internal mobility processes in compliance with IAM and security rules.
- Maintenance of hardware/software inventory and fleet management via Intune / Autopilot.
- Writing and structuring the knowledge base on Confluence (procedures, user guides).
- Raising user awareness of good IT practices (phishing, security) and creating educational materials.
- Contribution to improvement projects (M365 tool deployment, automation via PowerShell/Power Automate, onboarding optimization).
